Founded in 2013 by Piotr Szczypulkowski, Elmech Ltd. was built on a vision of trust, quality, and lasting partnerships. Starting with residential and commercial projects, our reputation grew through meticulous craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

With expertise honed during Piotr’s role at Ardmore Construction, including the prestigious Fulham Reach project, Elmech has expanded into delivering advanced Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire alarm and sprinkler system (MEPF) solutions across commercial, residential, industrial and institutional sectors.

At the heart of our growth is our expertise in Design Solutions. Led by a qualified engineering team, we provide a fully managed process, from preparing client briefs to performance testing, compliance audits, and commissioning. Using advanced tools like AutoCAD and Revit, we ensure precision, efficiency, and optimal system performance while delivering seamless project transitions from design to maintenance.

Our core offerings include tailored mechanical systems (ventilation, underfloor heating, energy centres, district heating, renewable energy, residential and commercial sprinklers), electrical and ELV solutions (fire alarms, CCTV, access control, lighting, BMS), and public health and fire safety systems (residential sprinklers, dry risers, advanced fire installations).
